• Open an existing note tagged as #ToProcess
• For each highlight and annotation, ask yourself these questions:
  • Reusable: Is this idea useful and worth revisiting?
  • Relevant: Is it personal and pertinent to my content thesis?
  • Recurrent: Have I heard of it before? Is it frequently turning up?
• If the answer to any of these questions is yes:
  • Create a new note for the idea
  • Rephrase the idea in your own words and make it the title of the new note
  • Paste the original highlight/annotation in the new note
• Optional but recommended: write any additional thoughts in the note
• Tag the new note as #ToCreate
