Welcome (Set the Stage) [3 minutes]

Briefly set the stage for why you’re here. Then walk through the rest of the agenda items.

Align on Your Business Model Story and 90-Day Goal [5 minutes]

Use your Lean Canvas and Traction Roadmap to communicate your progress to date and declare your 90-day traction goal extrapolated from your roadmap.

Align on Key Constraints [5 minutes]

Highlight the key constraint(s) on your Customer Factory. The goal of this meeting isn’t getting to root causes as a group but simply highlighting the hot spots. These hot spots help frame the problem areas up for exploration during the 90-day cycle and focus the team.

General Discussion (Q&A) [5 minutes]

Pause here and allow your team to ask any clarifying questions. However, avoid any conversations that start veering into designing solutions. Remind your team that capturing solutions is the purpose of the the next stage.

Set Expectations (Ask a Propelling Question) [5 minutes]

The final step is charging your team with achieving the 90-day goal under tight constraints. Remember that constraints are healthy and even required forcing functions for innovation. Limiting your team size and taking on tight deadlines are examples of such constraints.
