The 5 creation steps:

Evaluation (How to select an idea to work on)

Outline (How to build a skeleton for your content)

Draft (How to develop your argument)

Editing (How to fix and format your content)

Publishing (How to share your content with the world)

The tools you need to cover all of these steps depend on where you feel most comfortable working on your creative process.

e.g. Evaluate and create the outline in your note-taking app, write the first draft and edit it in a writing app like Google Docs, and finally publish it on your blog.

e.g. Do everything inside your note-taking app and then publish it on a newsletter.

As long as you feel the lowest friction possible when you're creating content, it doesn't really matter if you do most of it in your note-taking app or a writing app.
